SMS Text Messaging Terms

The program is Solomon Estate and Wealth Planning updates and appointment notifications. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to questions you submit, and general educational updates about our services. We do not send marketing messages about specific insurance plans or carriers without separate consent.

You opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting on one of our forms. Consent is obtained through a separate, unchecked checkbox that specifically names this program. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any good or service, and you may engage with us by phone or email instead. You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. We do not knowingly send messages to numbers outside the United States.

3. Message frequency

The number of messages you receive will vary.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and your individual plan. We do not charge you for text messages.

5. How to opt out

You may opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further text messages. Opting out of text messages does not affect other communications you have authorized, such as email or calls. You may also opt out by contacting us using the information in section 9.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

Our handling of the information you provide, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy at https://solomonestatenwealthplanning.marblism.me/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and to provide accurate contact information. We may suspend or end text messaging with anyone who misuses the program.
